Our first work with Museum of Craft and Design began with videos to document exhibitions on social media. Shortly after we began our engagement the Museum lost its fashionable Union Square location and was forced to look for a new home. During that time maintaining interest and awareness was critical. Gauger + Associates created top of mind awareness by designing posters and a billboard campaign directing visitors to a series of innovative pop up exhibitions in neighborhoods throughout the City.
Since moving to its new home in Dogpatch, Gauger + Associates continues to lead the Museum’s marketing efforts.
Since reopening membership more than doubled, while Museum attendance, children’s programs and events have reached historic attendance levels. Much of the Agency’s work for the Museum has received national recognition and numerous design awards.
