There is a secluded enclave on the Bay with awe-inspiring views from San Francisco to El Cerrito. We named the community Waterline. The marketing and advertising reflect the charming Point Richmond location separated by a 295-acre mountain park to the north and the expansive Bay waters to the south. Gauger + Associates developed the branding and messaging for Shea Homes, then designed brochures, created videos, out-of-home advertising and targeted direct mail.
